By using By the Quad (the "app"), you agree to these terms.
1. Not a safety product
The app shows which campus building a person is in. It is not for emergencies, for finding a lost person, or for any purpose where a wrong or missing answer could cause harm. Its answers depend on the phone's GPS and may be wrong, delayed, or absent.
2. Age
You must be 13 or older to use the app.
3. Use
Use the app only to view the location of a person who has paired with you through the app. Do not attempt to guess or force another person's pairing code or account, and do not reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its server. We may suspend or end access to the app at any time.
4. No warranty; limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including any decision made because of what the app showed or failed to show. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
